What are my next steps?
Welcome students. The three steps listed below provide a basic overview of what you need to do once you have been admitted as a USF Student. We realize each of you may be in a different place. Choose a starting point based on your needs.
1. Search for a course.
If your preference is to search online, search the registrar's online listing of classes at http://www.registrar.usf.edu/ssearch/search.php
If you prefer to search through an undergraduate, graduate, or continuing education catalog, download them at http://www.usf.edu/Admission/catalogs.asp
2. Register for the course through OASIS.
OASIS is the USF On-Line Student Information System. You will need your USF-ID (for example, U12345678) and your six-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access (OASIS) at http://oasis.usf.edu/
3. Attend the course through myUSF.
myUSF is the University Academic Portal and distance/online/blended course delivery system. The myUSF portal runs on the Blackboard Learning System and enables USF instructors to build and manage courses online, engage with students in an interactive way, and communicate with students efficiently. The myUSF portal also presents students with other important academic information and links to related resources such as the USF Library, the Content Collection, etc. For more information on accessing your course through myUSF, visit the USF IT myUSF web page at http://www.it.usf.edu/services/myusf
